"I just had a new walk-in shower installed and had already contracted for laminate flooring to be installed in two bathrooms by a flooring company. I mainly needed a plumber to install two new toilets and faucets. I also needed someone to remove a vanity top and install a new top that I had already purchased. Even though this was a piecemeal project and precise scheduling was critical, Lacey gave me a fair price and I am very happy with the results. He advised me every step of the way so there were no surprises. He did not charge extra for additional toilet hardware needed nor did he charge to do a little extra caulking to beautify another existing vanity top and shower stall.
