The installer was extremely neat and arrived on time which I appreciated. I hate when workers arrive late to the job and you're stuck waiting. He did an awesome job, too! No mess to clean up after him, either, which was nice. Very happy with the product, so far. The only reason I'm giving it a slightly lower mark for the value is because it is a bit costly. However, since the bathtub to shower conversion is for an older relative, it's worth the money, Very glad I hired BathPlanet."

"They say a picture is worth a thousand words and If I could post the images on this review, it would say more than that. We shopped and were collecting quotes from a few companies. Justin was our 4th contractor that we talked to and was immediately impressed. Now our bathroom is old. Approximately 70 years old with a plumbing, wall nightmare you would see in a Stephen King screen. We expected "issues" that we would have to deal with as the project underwent. But Justin and Seth, tackled it like a Pro and we were able to relax without the stress. They paid particular attention to several areas, rebuilt walls, replaced studs, sealed it all, made sure the walls were firm and replaced piping. It took a total of three days to beat this monster and I could not be happier with the results. The third day, I wasn't able to be home (wife was) to see the finished product while Seth was doing a final walkthrough. Later that day, Justin contacted me to ask if I was 100% satisfied. There was one little thing , and I mean little, but they came back out to fix it making sure that my wife and I were extremely happy. Quality of work, 5 stars. Crew, 5 stars. Follow Up, 5 stars.
