He took the time to listen to what I'd been witnessing and shared his knowledge and experience. He gave me a bid which he honored when I hired him. Bob was available within a couple of days, which was important to me. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently and effectively, patiently and professionally explaining as he went. On a freezing day, he took the necessary time to block all access points around and under the house before tackling the inside.
