It took several days to get everything done, and frankly I'm working on another list - more stuff for him to help us with! He is a busy man, so it is sometimes difficult to connect - that is the reason for my "B" grade on responsiveness and punctuality. When he's there - he works and gets things done!"

"<p>The job took one evening and we had to schedule another half a Saturday, but that was due to weather and beyond Terry's control. He safely climbed some very tall trees to cut down dead branches. While trimming our big oaks, he was careful to paint the spots where he'd removed branches to prevent oak wilt from infiltrating our trees. When cutting of a particularly large branch, Terry would tie it off so that it could be safely lowered with a rope by his helper to avoid damage to our deck or its railings. "It went okay, they were here right away. However, when they removed the tile they really gauged the sub flooring. Which resulted in the new flooring having to be torn out, because it started to dip in some of the deep gauges. I know that some of this can't be helped. But, I think if they would have taken it a bit slower, they wouldn't have damaged so much of the sub floor."
