"I had a Klimaire 36,000 BTU Split-type Heater/Air Conditioner installed by Jake Prevost and an electrician. They did an awesome job. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation also included electrical wiring from the fuse box to the unit, along with electric wire guard covers. The unit worked perfectly by the time they were done. I was also very surprised that they cleaned up the entire area and removed all of the trash and large boxes that came with the inside and outside unit. Highly recommended!"

After seeing the project and sizing up what was necessary for the fix, he located the replacement tank and parts. What made things tricky was the location of the broken tank which was under the staircase in a small closet. Plus the particular water heater needed was not a full size, it was a shorter model, 35 gallons. Dave was thorough, tidy and explained everything.
