"Having to purchase a new furnace is not a comfortable situation. Jacobson, however, made my purchase as comfortable as could possibly be expected. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

If we have model numbers sn etc. and a good idea of the problem, sometimes a fix is in a single economical trip. Sometimes a parts run or order is needed. Regardless, it is always done right and they will give advice on viability as well. I was thankful to get this reliable family business referral as young gal after being creeped out by a worker from Another Appliance repair service many years ago!"
