He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"We needed to replace our old 20+ year HVAC system before it quit working which probably would have been in the summer when HVAC companies are the busiest. so I decided to do it winter 2021.
