"The workers came on the appointed day with a longer ladder, as suggested.    Terry called to ask if he and an assistant could come by earlier than the original appointment time because they had finished work scheduled in the area earlier than expected; that certainly worked for me.    He surveyed the roof, took pictures and reattached a loose shingle that had fallen into the gutter.   Terry showed me the pictures of the roof from many angles; they showed no other repairs were necessary at this time.  Terry asked if there was anything else that required attention, but nothing else was immediately apparent.  He gave me his card and explained that the company does general contacting work.  
I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency shown today and won't hesitate to call MMP Construction in future if I need general contracting work done.

"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. This was a challenging project in part because the prior remodeling contractor (from forty years ago) cut many corners that needed to be remedied. Mr. Mavridis, his employees, and sub-contractors identified and explained every issue so that we could make informed decisions. The team was courteous, professional, skilled, and very tidy (cleaning up after each day). The finish work (tiling, carpentry, etc.) is excellent.
