"A fairly big job, they sent 2 guys who got right to work and called in a third so they could get it done in about 3 - 4 hours. Very clean, they even fixed a couple of small leaks in the floor to vent connection that was losing heat, they just did it as part of the job. They made sure I knew how much it would cost and checked in with us throughout the job so we knew what was going on. To my mind, about as good as they could be. The cost was $1000, 3 guys, 4 hours and 25 vents, we have lots of ductwork from the main line through the branches, so I think this was pretty reasonable."
