When the tech arrived (Marcos I think), he did try and up sell me to a higher quality set of springs for $375 with the comment the standard springs should last 6-7 years with normal use and the higher quality spring expected to last up to 15-20 years. I opted for the standard springs. He replaced the springs, adjusted the tension and oiled all the joints/rollers (I had already replaced the rollers about a year before). The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and the repair cost exactly what I was quoted, $275. I would hire them again."
