"The employees that arrived to do the work were good workers. They were either unaware of the contracted work or mislead. They were not going to install the J Channel per the service agreement, and they had planned to backfill the ditch with the earth they had removed. The contract called for the ditch to be filled to surface with gravel. The installers called the office and explained that a J Channel was agreed on and someone from the office delivered it to satisfy my request. They were going to install the J Channel in segments vs one solid piece across the length of the ditch. I told them the segment seems would allow the water to get thru the J Channel and weep thru our foundation once more. They did the work as I requested but had I not been there or had I been a customer that did not know any better, this job would not have been done correctly or as agreed upon in the contract."

"We used Basement Waterproofing Solutions for a very wet basement in a 100+ year old home in Adamstown, PA. The basement has probably NEVER been dry until we contracted with David several months ago. We had the work done in October 2017, but I waited to write the review because I wanted to be able to assure other readers that the basement has continued to stay dry. It has! Every time I go to the basement and actually SEE the floor - it makes me smile. For YEARS the basement ALWAYS had standing water in it and I never saw an actual floor since it was always covered in water or filth/debris from water that had evaporated. David was always responsive to my questions/phone calls and his workers were very good about cleaning up after the days work was done.
