"This company, 12 Figure Consultations, came to my house and gave me a quote. Simple job, rake up all the sticks, take up the old mulch and put down the new. I gave them deposit. When they returned for the job, they did half of it, and then said they wanted more money than the original proposal to finish it - 2 times more. When I disagreed to pay 2 times more money, they started arguing with me, telling me I am liar, and behaving aggressively that I feared for my safety. Then his partner was following me around my yard and telling me he liked me and asking if I liked him! I was very afraid for my safety and I told them to just go away, because not only I was afraid for my safety, but their shoddy business practices so disrespectful, give one price, do half the job, then demand more money than the original to finish. I told them take their trailors and just to leave but they wouldn't. Finally I started raking it myself, and then I paid them the more money just to get them to go away. When they drove away, the workers skidded his tires in the grass in my yard and went speeding down the street. Then he drove around the street 3 times. I still fear for my safety and even afraid to write this review."

"Basement Remodeling just completed our basement remodeling project, on time and on budget. We couldn’t be more pleased! We investigated other remodeling companies but chose Basement Remodeling after our discussions with Eric, in part because we believed we could count on their expertise in handling the inevitable quirks of renovating a 70 year old house. Our project (and budget) was probably fairly modest when compared to many remodeling projects, and Eric offered suggestions for inexpensive problem solving (rehanging existing doors, for example) rather than trying to upsell us on other, more costly solutions. We fully renovated about one-third of the basement space which included the furnace, water heater and a small but completely unfinished laundry area. Basement Remodeling created an enclosed area for the furnace and water heater and neatly disguised the electric panel, adding a well-designed, efficient and attractive wet bar with cabinetry, appliances and a custom pantry. The renovation also included cosmetic upgrades to the rest of the basement space, adding new flooring and fresh paint. The space now looks absolutely terrific! "Review for G&G Landscaping (G&G Landscape, LLC) – Owners Derek & Amanda Gardner, MHIC# 155902 In 2024, I hired G&G Landscaping to complete a patio and fence project at my home, totaling $44,000 ($9,800 of which was for the fence). While I was initially satisfied with the patio installation, the quality of their work quickly came into question. Just 11 months after completion, the patio began to sink in several areas, creating large and noticeable gaps between the pavers. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that the project came with a 5-year craftsmanship warranty, which was a major reason I chose G&G over other (less expensive) contractors. I reached out to Derek Gardner through the contact information provided. He responded at first, apologized for the issue, and assured me that someone would come to inspect the patio by the end of that week. That was over two weeks ago—and no one has come, nor have I received any further communication. I’ve followed up multiple times by phone and email with no response whatsoever. It’s unacceptable that a patio of this cost and supposed quality is already failing in less than a year, and even more troubling that the company is now unresponsive and failing to honor their written warranty. If I could go back, I would choose a different contractor. I strongly caution others against hiring G&G Landscaping—they do not stand behind their work."
