"I had a blue screen repair message, and although not very complicated, required a little more technical knowledge than I had. Thankfully it was a fast, easy fix! In less than an hour, Mitch had the PC up and running. Extremely friendly, courteous and polite, and answered all my questions, both about the fix and also about upgrades and/or a new, faster unit. The in-home service alone is worth it! No more lugging a boxy tower to a store, just to have them hold it for days on end... Definitely my new go-to for any PC issues!"

"Computer was set up and old data was transferred from windows 10 to.11. I was very pleased with results. If I need further assistance, I will use this company again"

"Beck's Techs was a life saver, as far as my computer was concerned. My previous techs either retired or left town, so I was happy to find a competent, personable young man to help me, since I have next to no computer knowledge."

"Kevin was very knowledgeable about our options for mounting our TV and made a few recommendations that allowed us to make the best decision. He also gave us an excellent deal on a sound bar we weren t anticipating on receiving. His workmanship was done cleanly and our TV looks great with no wires or holes to be seen. Highly recommended."

"Andrew and his team were EXCELLENT. We contacted him with some of our ideas for a home network. At our house we use Comcast and were using WiFi throughout the home. We had tried wireless AC and a number of different options. After about six top of the line routers and extenders we were searching for better options. Unique Video and Sound understood exactly what we were looking for. They installed 9 wall plates and 18 connections, 2 per plate. I requested CAT6A cable to future proof the house. It has been about 4 months since we hired them. They were neat and professional. They were also incredibly kind and understanding. They understand networking. After using there services our internet speed (limited by how close you were to the router and number of users) went from 40 Mbps download to a CONSISTENT 180 Mbps download. We have about 30 different devices connected either via WIFI or directly to the wall. The WiFi is the same but the wired devices (TV's and computers) have no delay on the internet. Our quality of life has significantly improved. We never have to worry about the network going down on our end. If we lose connection it is Comcast. The headaches regarding internet are gone. We have also purchased a 4k TV and plugged a CAT6A wire directly into it. We easily watch Netflix or live streams of anything instantly. The work was great and we would hire them again with any project. I highly recommend installing Ethernet in your home and hiring these guys. They are the best. We waited about four months to do the review and I can say with confidence this was a great decision to hire. I cannot say enough good things about Unique Video and Sound. This is an upgrade you will thank yourself for and these are the guys to do it."

"Outstanding help from Christo. He was very knowledgeable, and has great people skills for those of us that are not very computer savvy. I will definitely call him again in the future. Ended up with a simple fix through a phone call."

"Fernando was very helpful and stayed with me as we worked through the software issues. There was a download required to fix the computer that took about 15 minutes, He took care of several other related issues that were extra work for him, but very helpful for me."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
