"Told by 3 plumbers that a pipe is broken underneath the house slab. Each offered their own solution: 1) Reroute from the backyard; 2) Reroute from the front yard, cutting through concrete and landscaping; and 3) jackhammer inside the house where the pipe might be broken and possibly chase it! All majorly costly as you can imagine. Randy walks into our house, cleans the *clogged* pipe, puts a camera through, (none of which the other 3 companies agreed to do, each with their own excuse,) and finds that the pipe is actually not broken! Thank you, Randy! You are Godsend, knowledgeable, intelligent, and a pleasure to deal with. We have a plumber we can trust and count on for life!"

"Mike responded to my request immediately, set up an appointment to look at my job and give an estimate right away, and then completed the work in 4 days. Within 8 days of my call my new water heater was installed. The contract was clearly set out, and the work was very professionally completed exactly as per the bid.
