They worked together like a well tuned machine. Everyone knew what they had to do and when to do it. There were no mistakes. They were here by 8:00 am and were finished by 4:30. They answered all my questioned and responded to my phone calls. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing damaged. More companies should operate like them. And then my light in the room and outlet in my laundryroom and outside light wasnt working. It made me pay for the tool. He took responsibility for it. And he also didnt offer to pay for the sprinkler that he damaged. He charged me extra money to come the same day but he never told me he would. He was coming the following Wednesday. I didnt know he was going to charged me for that day of service."
