"I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) "Called Lou Fennig in January about a broken pipe in heating system (It was temporarily patched). It was right before the polar vortex set in. He suggested we wait till it warmed up because he needed to shut off the boiler. When we hit a warm streak he called us and set up a time to come. He arrived on time and replaced the broken pipe. He tracked down all the bleeder valves that were hidden behind walls and dropped ceiling and replace old leaky ones. He drained the system and made sure it was in working order."

"I was able to get an appointment at the time I requested two days after calling them. (I still had heat.) The service person John arrived on time early in the morning, identified the issue and did his best to repair it. The furnace was very old and the part that needed replacement couldn't be obtained. For safety reasons he decided to shut it down and replace it that day. The whole crew was excellent, from John arranging financing to the crew installing the new furnace. They were respectful, friendly, and kept my house clean by placing a tarp on the floor from the back door to the basement door. I was able to work from home with a space heater in my office that day, so I didn't freeze while waiting for the installation crew to arrive and get the new furnace installed. I checked in on them a couple times and was amazed at how fast the project was getting done. The price was lower than I expected and John covered all the options I had. He did an excellent job of measuring and determining the correct furnace to order. The new furnace along with the connecting ductwork they fabricated fits like a glove where the old furnace had been! I no longer have to worry that my house is going to blow up when the furnace comes on. As a bonus, I had a whole house humidifier installed, which I couldn't do on my old furnace. Say bye to room humidifiers!"

"After speaking with the broker I was left thinking the vehicle would be delivered in FL in about 3 days or so which is how long it takes me to drive. It took a week during which I was unable to contact the company for updates during the weekend and had to extend my car rental. It was picked up in RI only one day beyond the target date. I paid an extra charge for expedited service but it turns out expedited refers to targeted pick up date; not delivery date which is in the fine print but not in telephone conversations. The driver was very careful with the car and very courteous."

"I scheduled Jamie to a do a gutter cleaning in late November. Because the temperature that morning was below freezing he explained that he would have to move our appointment to a weekend when it would be warmer. I was worried that was going to be a problem because we were not going to be home. Jamie offered to clean the gutters and send pictures of his work. He left an invoice and I was able to make payment after returning home. The work was done to expectation and the price was right. I don't have a tall ladder and I don't plan on getting up on one, so Jamie's work is much appreciated. I definitely plan on calling him in the future. Thanks!"
