"He has been my plumber for a long, long time. He is a master plumber and master electrician. I can only say good things about him. We have used him for years. he has done several jobs for us. He installed an outside fountain for us. He has done a lot of electrical work for us. He did all the plumbing when I had my bathroom remodeled. He is excellent. He can do your plumbing and your electrical in one visit is a bonus. You do not havbe to coordinate with 2 different people. He and his crew can do it all. "My elderly mother needed the roof replaced on my deceased father’s detached workshop, but the first contractor we found through Angie’s List took her twenty-five-hundred-dollar deposit and never performed the work, blaming their failure on Covid before eventually going out of business (we never did get her money back). Obviously, we were very skittish during our second attempt to find an honest and trustworthy contractor with the necessary skills to properly tackle the job. On top of that, the damage to the roof had become severe with a gaping hole developing through the shingles and plywood. We got quotes from a couple different companies, and ASAP stood out, not because of their pricing (which was very competitive), but because as a father and son team, Jack and Chris were sensitive to my mom’s plight. First, in the initial site visit to work up the quote, Jack smelled a natural gas leak coming from the hot water heater as we walked through the utility room of the house. Not sure how long it had existed, as no one else noticed it, but I was able to verify the leak with soapy water and fixed it immediately after Jack left. Once we selected ASAP for the project, Chris offered to come out and patch the hole in the workshop’s roof until the materials arrived and the install could be scheduled. But aside from the speedy progress and quality installation, it was the respect and kindness with which they treated my mom that mattered the most. Never once were her questions or concerns during the job treated as a burden, and her small requests, clearly outside the project’s scope, were handled quickly and cheerfully. We were so impressed with ASAP, that after the roof work, we approved all new T-111 siding and windows for the workshop. When that was done, she signed off on the demolition of the old, dilapidated wooden privacy fence surrounding the backyard, and approved the installation of its replacement. Since that went so well, she decided to have ASAP replace the 30-year-old backyard deck too, and now we’re waiting for materials to come in so the guys can replace the front bay window. Finally, there’s a recently developed roof leak above the den that ASAP is investigating, and I’m certain that if roof work for the house is required, ASAP Construction will get it done."

"What a great company from beginning to end. Contacted CI Cabinetry, along with several others, and based upon Jimmy's (the Owners) demeanor and professionalism, decided to go with them. They were not the cheapest, but I felt they would actually do what they said, and I was right. Jimmy actually picked out the cabinets for me, based upon what he saw already installed in my home, and gave me honest input into what he thought would and would not work - not based on upselling. His wife, Jenny, is the administrator, who makes sure schedules are kept and customers are indeed satisfied. Jenny was on top of every question or issue that I had. Jimmy's part in my bathroom project was the cabinets. He also steered me to other professionals for the countertop and plumbing work. He also recommended Southside Granite for my countertop, (another small company) that was also great. Although my project was very small and simple, he and his team, Brandon, gave 100%. He also offered suggestions for another small project that I will complete on my own - no money in it for him, unless I can't do it myself. I will not hesitate to call him back!
