Cornelio called and he showed up on time and gave him the job. He arrived ready and on the job everyday at 8:30am to repair a leak. We were impressed and gave him additional work because he is very professional and knowledgeable. He is replacing the deck and pressure washing and updating the front exterior of the house (painting and replace the shutters). It is such a relief to find someone who is reliable."

"While replacing the flooring upstairs I ran into an issue with the transition to the staircase. James was able to cut off the step overhang, cut and install the stair riser to fit along with trim. He then installed the stair transition along with a handful of hardwood boards to ensure it connected well to the rest of the flooring. James was quick to answer or respond throughout the scheduling process and arrived right on time for our appointment. He went about the job efficiently and finished in about 5 hours which included a trip to Home Depot to get some supplies that I did not have on hand. Overall I felt that James was very professional, showed a respect for his customer's time, and completed the job as quickly as possible while still doing a thorough job."

He handled a variety of projects throughout the house, including replacing and adjusting the magnets on our kitchen cabinets, repairing a damaged cover on the trash cabinet, installing security cameras around the house, cleaning and repainting the bathroom, and replacing the attic door cover. Nate was professional, patient, meticulous, and incredibly respectful of our home. What impressed me most was how careful he was with every detail. He left every workspace immaculate — genuinely spotless — and still apologized in case there was a tiny bit of chipped paint or dust he might have missed. There wasn’t. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and treats your home as carefully as if it were their own. "Very nice guy. Used his service 4 years ago. Lost his number and incredibly enough was paired back with him again through this application. I already would have used his service again because of air conditioning work he did before. He service my furnace by replacing a part. Help me install a brand new ecobee thermostat. And even help me set it up. And change my filter which desperately needed it and I had not gotten to it because it's in my attic. Overall very great service although I think it could have been 10 or 15% cheaper... I didn't try to negotiate because overall I was happy to finally get these things taken care of in a timely manner."
