"Not only was Integrity Air prompt and professional, but they advised and guided me into purchasing and installing a smaller system that was perfect for my needs. Several months after installation, I had a problem with the thermostat and IA sent not one but two technicians to my door to help solve the problem"

"Excellent service with same day response to a water heater outage. All points of contact were outstanding starting with initial phone call and giving and estimate of time of arrival as well as 15 minute warning call that Johnny was arriving. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, and presented numerous options for fixing or replacing the 10 year old heater. When I opted to replace it he was able to get it delivered right to the house while he was draining and disconnecting the old heater. Start to finish was about 3 hours. I highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing because of the excellent communication, response time and service."

"Said he could make it in early, but we were already occupied so he still showed up on time. He was able to diagnose and fix our heater in no time. He even gave us some tips and advise to replace our thermostat. Would definitely call again if something else comes up."

"It all worked out just fine. They were able to get the heater going by installing two batteries in the thermostat and clicking the heater on. It remains a mystery as to why the heater stopped working. They could not definately tell me why the heater stop and would not run. I quess $120 service call for two batteries is fair since they did get the heater going."

"The work was done in a timely manner and was of high quality. I really like that Jim will work with existing structures and only replace or repair what needs to be done."
