He broke a bolt during installation and drove to the local hardware store to replace it. He also hauled all the trash away for a small, reasonable extra fee that was negotiated in the spot. "The price was fair and reasonable. The installers came on time and explained the details of the project. The installer was professional and thorough. He came and prefabricated the new unit to minimize down time without water and heat on day one. He moved the old boiler and plumbed the new one on the 2nd day. The installer called to coordinate time and date for the removal of the large antiquated unit. The removal went without incident, well planned and discussed amongst the team prior and during the removal process. To preface the next comment understand that I have a large house with multiple runs off the supply and return piping. A day or so later the evening weather changed to much cooler, we turned up the thermostat and the baseboards were cold, I sent Dana a message and Brian the installer was at my house before first light. He bleed out the piping and the unit instantly came to life working in perfect order. (It is not uncommon to get an air pocket in the lines when drained especially on a house with 4 levels and long runs of piping). I tell this in the review because Dana and his crew are indeed professional, I will be calling them back for future zoning and service of the unit. I recommend the Integrity Company with highest regard,"

"This has been a big project. Removing old oil fired boiler which provided heat and domestic hot water. Installed duct in attic, furnace, heat pump, hot water tank. Upgraded electric service. The entire crew has been neat, organized, professional and the quality of workmanship has been great. I would recommend Elmarair to anyone in need of HVAC service or install."

"I purchased the Electrician for a Day deal and was very appreciative of the work. I had four new lights installed and wired (three of them were brackets for ceiling fans) which included measuring and cutting the hole, wiring up the new sockets to switches, and installing the brackets/boxes. Additionally, I had a couple of outlets that needed to be replaced worked on. They were easy to get a hold of, on time, and tidied up the work area after."

"It went fine, however, I was told the job would take roughly 8 hours for 1 person. It ended up being 15 hours, partly with a second handyman. So it was twice as much as we were expecting, and the price is already pretty high. Also, the second handyman brought an extra piece of siding that was not needed. We had already purchased a piece and had it painted, ready to install. So that was an unnecessary added expense. But I guess it's ok as we'll probably need it at some point in the future. What was really weird is that the same mistake happened when we had a piece of siding replaced a few years ago! Overall, they did a good job though, despite the cold weather."
