They removed the guards and saw (a) the screen mesh was clogged and (b) the gutters were clean. Had them replace the gutter guards. Did such a good honest job that I hired them to return and pressure wash the mildew and algae from the roofing. Came out looking very good and water is again flowing through the gutters.
