Never discussed or mentioned there was a fee so I was surprised but he said it was the norm. Final bill $370. We needed air so glad it’s done. Also went into the backyard before I arrived then asked if it was ok. Fortunately I didn’t have any pets so it worked out and i was less than 5 minutes out. He ran over at first appt so he had a later arrival but it was in the window quoted. Stressful when our AC went out but thankful that we’re back up and working again. "
