"Roofers were able to tear off and replace roof on back of house on first day.  Several days of heavy rain interrupted the job.  Came back to put front part of roof on, but found that the metal company had delivered two bent panels, so panels were re-ordered.  I notified company when panels were delivered.  They returned in 2 days to finish the job.  The workmanship appears very good.  Secure Construction was very responsive to my calls.  The company owner visited the site today to make sure everything was performed to our satisfaction and provide our warranty information.   <br /> Even though Secure Construction was not the least expensive bid we received, I decided to go with their company because of the 10 year workmanship warranty and the lifetime screws used on our metal roofing project. <br />"

"I had a 50-year-old house with a cinderblock basement wall that had water slowly coming through. I researched the various firms that did waterproofing and had three highly rated firms come out for an estimate. The first contractor didn’t even bring a flashlight and just looked around and said to keep an eye on it. The second gentlemen did provide detailed estimate and carefully explained the problem. Randy, the owner, from Chamberlin Washington provided a similar diagnosis and estimate. His estimate was not only a little less expensive but he looked at the entire house and found other things that could use some maintenance. This is what I liked about Randy – he looked at the whole house and discovered several smaller things that should be fixed to avoid issues down the road. These were all things I knew about already but I’m glad someone took the time to examine the entire house and not just the one issue I was having. We had then not only waterproof the outside wall but also fill the expansion joints in our patio and seal one basement window as well as re-point some mortar joints in the brink chimney. When the crew came they went to work. They also did an admirable job protecting our plants. An old section of of a 6' high stockade fence had to be removed and I bough a new section and the crew was happy to put that up. When they water tested the wall they found a small leak. They re-did the sealant and that did the trick. Randy came out and supervised critical parts of the job. He was great to work with and happily fixed a few small things at the end. Randy really cares about doing the job right. I am 100% pleased with the work they did. I watched over much of the repair and everything was done correct and by the book. Overall I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Chamberlin-Washington and their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Technician Jarred arrived promptly, correctly diagnosed the problem and told us he would have to order the new cartridge for our Jenn-Aire cooktop. One week later, the parts had come in and he came back to install. I was particularly impressed with Jarred's professionalism and care. He was careful to clean up after himself and did all work to an exceptional degree of professionalism. His actual employer is Pro-TV in Elkins, WV and was referred to us by Lowe's. All work was done in a superior way, and the tech was most polite. I was most favorably impressed! Full marks, all around."

"I first contacted Paul after seeing reviews on Angie's List. I called and left a voicemail and he returned my call within an hour. I was a bit surprised that he was located in WV but he assured me that the distance would not be an issue, and it wasn't. We coordinated a time for him to come take the measurements and discuss in detail what I wanted. I was able to give him a picture of what I had in mind that I found on the internet. He stayed in touch via phone/text throughout the process. He sent me drawings of what I had described during his visit along with measurements. Once I was happy with the drawings and made any adjustments I wanted, I approved them and he proceeded to build. I was very particular about the stain that I wanted. When it came time to stain them, he sent me numerous pictures and we discussed at length. He was very conscious/concerned about giving me exactly what I wanted. He explained the different stain techniques and he made a decision based on my input. Once the cabinets were complete, we scheduled a day and time for the installation. He and his wife were punctual and professional. The install went very quickly. They did a fantastic job and the vanity fit perfectly. I am very pleased with the way it turned out and the color is exactly what I wanted. The vanity is very well made and sturdy. Built like cabinets should be. I would definitely recommend Paul and use his services again."
