"Streamline call center agent was very polite and helpful. I provided a credit card over the phone. She gave a price range between $150 and $280.00 and I agreed knowing that the higher price would be the final bill.The electrician came out but mentioned it would take approximately 3-4 hours. I was unable to hang out that long, so I needed to reschedule. Thankfully,I was not charged for the visit. Upon the second visit, the electrician kept asking my tenant about how he was getting paid and that the final price would be $550. The call center agent compromised with me and I only had to pay $20 more than the highest quoted price. This was only for a outlet, not installing the disposal!"

He even welcomed me to watch him while he worked as he explained the intricacies of the electrical outlet (which was a GFCI multi-branched oulet, connected to other garage and bathroom outlets). "Jon is one of those people you hope for when getting any kind of work done: prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. Making an appointment was very easy as well and Jon was on time. He even came out on the weekend to finish after being interrupted by an enormous thunderstorm. We needed our homes electric revamped after a few other we bought it. Jon came out and in a few hours had installed new ground wires, replace all the switches and outlets, rewired the pannel, installed new wire to the kitchen, installed 8 new light fixtures and made several suggestions for upgrading areas that needed more power for new apliances. He even diagnosed a damaged electrical service wire in my meter box.
