He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. The project included removing walls to open up the space, adding a large kitchen island, new flooring, and building a custom entertainment area around the TV. Rapha managed the project and was great to work with. He kept us updated, stayed on top of everything, and was always easy to reach when we had questions. The hardest part was dealing with the city and inspections. There was a lot of back and forth and some unexpected requirements, but HQ handled everything directly with the city and made sure it was done properly without putting that stress on us.
