"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

"Outstanding and Professional! Chris called me a few minutes of submitting my request. He provided an estimate after I sent him a photo of the broken elbow. Even though he was already committed to work in the city the next day, he told me he would come over as soon as he finished there. When he arrived, he quickly fixed the reported broken elbow. However, he also discovered two more broken copper pipes, some of them hidden behind the drywall. The scope of the repair ended up being well beyond the original estimate and required more time to locate and fix all the damaged pipes. It was already late in the evening, but Chris worked tirelessly until every broken pipe was repaired. During the repair, Chris also noticed a gas leak in our gas dryer, which he immediately fixed. This leak could have led to a serious disaster for our family. We are grateful he fixed it. Chris went above and beyond for us. I will hire him again and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber."

He went above and beyond to help us with other issues we had around the house like removing existing wood stove with brick surrounding, gutter repair, dryer vent repair, vent piping, garage door wood repair , sheet rock installation, piping and finishing and plumbing repair. "I had an immediate need for the repair or replacement of a pipe in my bathroom. Joe from Simple Event responded almost immediately to my request on Home Advisor. He came on the next day, which was a Sunday, to give me the rundown on what he expected to do, explaining that once he opened the wall there were a few possibilities. He returned on Monday and worked so hard for many hours. He did a great job prepping the room to protect it. At various times he called me in to show me what he found and explain what he was going to do. He worked with me to find the best solution to my concerns...when you realize that your tiles and wall are going to have to be cut open, it s a bit nerve racking. Joe made it work."

I independently verified the details, and everything was correct and accurate. The crew came when promised, did the installation well within the estimated time and left the place spotless. Not only that, but they also carefully took out parts of the system that could be re-used, neatly packaged, and left them in the basement for me. Other estimates I got were much higher, including extra charges for coming within a day. Another company would not or could not replace my system (which is top of the line) and added additional charges for "adjustments'! This company is the best!"
