She outlined a plan that would keep the costs as low as possible while effectively resolving the problems. It was important that I be able to trust her because the house was unoccupied and there was no one on-site to let her in/out of the house, show her around the home, or be present during the repairs. "Outstanding and Professional! Chris called me a few minutes of submitting my request. He provided an estimate after I sent him a photo of the broken elbow. Even though he was already committed to work in the city the next day, he told me he would come over as soon as he finished there. When he arrived, he quickly fixed the reported broken elbow. However, he also discovered two more broken copper pipes, some of them hidden behind the drywall. The scope of the repair ended up being well beyond the original estimate and required more time to locate and fix all the damaged pipes. It was already late in the evening, but Chris worked tirelessly until every broken pipe was repaired. During the repair, Chris also noticed a gas leak in our gas dryer, which he immediately fixed. This leak could have led to a serious disaster for our family. We are grateful he fixed it. Chris went above and beyond for us. "Joe from Jetter Kleen called and I asked him to come over and give an estimate. I had expected another vender to come by, but they never showed. Jetter Kleen’s price was reasonable, so I hired him on the spot. He worked quietly and diligently to complete not only the change of a faucet, but he fixed the hoses and piping and made sure every aspect of the job was perfect. It was not a simple job, as he has to cut the old faucet out and drill to make the drain hole large enough to fit the new push button drain. I could swear he had a silent drill as I expected to hear loud drilling, but had to strain to hear his drill. Joe work was neat, clean and impeccable. He left the work area spotless, which made me happy. Before he left he showed me under the sink to see where he changed hoses, he made sure there were no leaks and again, his work was impeccable. I have already told friends and family on Long Island about Jetter Kleen and I would highly recommend him to others."
