I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I was a very upset about that. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double. I would recommend this company."

"My fireplace has a hot air blower. Using google he was able to determine what the number of the broken part was, then order it. Parts arrived in six days. I called the workman and set up another appointment. He returned and got the hot air blower working. There were two other repair projects ( two hanging lights) which needed transformers. They were ordered and arrived in six days. The lights were repaired on his second appointment when he fixed the fireplace hot air blower (with the ordered replacement parts). Also, on his first appointment, there was a clogged water filter in the kitchen. New filters were ordered (they arrived in about six days) and the filtering system was repaired. He is an excellent electrician (lights and fireplace hot air blower) and water filter repair man. There were two other little items that he quickly repaired. I highly recommend Jeff from JTC services."

"Previous inspections by other plumbers had told us faucet was old and was not repairable, so the tile wall would have to be broken to replace the entire faucet unit. I did not have replacement tile to patch the broken ones. So I went to Angie's List and found Advanced Professionals. The Advanced Professional plumber did arrive late due to a previous job (this can happen.) But Advanced Professional's office kept us updated and promised the repair would still be performed. Job was performed in less than an hour. Plumber had all parts for the work. He checked the repair with the water running by videoing the repair from behind the tile wall (there was an access panel available) and reviewed the video with me. The job site was cleaned before he left. We discussed other minor issues around the house, and he made his professional recommendations. I will use them for future work. Advanced Professionals always answers the phone during normal business hours. This is key. As many plumbers are one or two person operators and won't answer the phone once they are on the job and their voice mail is usually full. I highly recommend this company."
