"Over the past year, we interviewed a number of bathroom remodelers but had difficulty finding the one we wanted to work with. Then we met Louie from Kitchen and Bath Works, Inc. (Holbrook, NY) and we knew instantly that he was the one for us. We loved his easy going nature, his many years of experience, his ability to answer our tough questions, his no pressure demeanor, his dog friendliness, and his honesty. He also made us laugh, which is always a plus. What really stood out was his willingness to let me pick out and purchase all the components on my own – wall tile, floor tile, shower floor tile, and the plumbing. That saved us money and enabled us to customize the look exactly the way we wanted. The other remodelers we talked to tried to steer us into buying exclusively from their affiliated bath product retailers which turned us off. Except for the glass shower door which we had to wait for because it came from a separate vendor, the entire project was completed in 9 days. The results are simply stunning. I wanted a rustic Montana-style bathroom and Louie made my dream a reality. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a beautiful bathroom with so much functionality. Louie was a breeze to work with and we really appreciated his reliability and promptness each and every day. Today I used the new shower for the first time and it was amazing. I don’t think I could be any happier with the outcome. A big thank you to Louie and the team of experts he brought in to assist. "Chris Locrotondo of Rapid Plumbing Service was at my house within an hour of my explaining the problem to him. He diagnosed the problem and said he would be able to install the water heater within four days. He called the night before the install to let me know the expected arrival time and the amount of time it would take to complete the install. He showed up at 9am, as promised, and, before 11am, the water heater was installed and tested. I am extremely pleased and would consider Rapid for any other plumbing needs."

"Jeff and his team recently completed two projects for us. First, they completely remodeled our master bathroom. This was a two-week+ project where they first removed our old bathroom, right down to the studs, and then expertly rebuilt every component of our new bathroom, including replacing a 40 year old bathtub with a beautiful new tiled shower. We are thrilled with our new bath. The second project they completed was to completely remodel our garage---floor to ceiling--- with new sheetrock, electrical, insulation, and paint. Early during this project Jeff discovered several electrical code violations, that he and his team then spent over a day correcting. This was unanticipated and required more work, although Jeff did not increase his price for the project. Throughout both projects we found Jeff to be very easy to work with and responsive to any questions or suggestions that we had. "Jose and his crew did an outstanding job on our extensive interior and exterior renovation, which included a new addition. The project covered everything from a new structural roof with shingles and skylights to new construction windows and doors, siding, a Trex deck, and fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. They also refinished a bedroom and installed beautiful hardwood floors. As with any large project, a few unexpected challenges came up, but Jose handled them with professionalism and kept everything moving forward smoothly.
