"Ernie the representative for Aztec Fencing was super. He provided us with thee different price quotes for PVC, wood and chain link fences so we could do a complete evaluation of which fence would best suit our needs. Ernie showed a great deal of patience and responded promptly to our requests. Onsite Ernie answered all of questions regarding the fence installation process and addressed our main concern of ensuring our neighbors would also be happy. All in all a very pleasant experience."

"Americana did excellent job installing our fence. Our sales representative was Mike Joudeh and he was very honest and caring. The girls in the office were amazing as well as our installation team. "We strongly recommend Aspen Fence. After an onsite walking of the property Jeff was very professional with a prompt written quote. After several quotes Aspen was the low bidder. As for the installation of the fence, Aspen's crew was quick and worked with us because there were some minor issues with water pipes and trees on the fence line. We are very happy with the fence and with Aspen's workmanship. We will definitely use Aspen Fence for any future fencing needs.

"Amazing, We would never think of using anyone else, they were the best. Great workmanship, communication and price. Our new deck is nicer then anything the other companies we had quotes from offered. We will hire them for some other projects in the future"

"A lot more to discuss about this than I would like. Drain tile construction seems fine, which is the most important part of this project by far! We will learn more upon a rainy season in the fall or spring. Demo was not as clean as we would have liked. We have steel studs in basement, so they pushed out walls to put drains to window wells behind electrical conduit for outlets. This ripped the drywall off of studs and pulled framing away from windows. We had to rerun electricity around the new drains and do some repairs because of this. If we had wood studs, we do not think that they would not have been able to cause as much damage, so this shortcut cost us some work. There is also a small dent in our ceiling on the main floor from when they were carrying materials. Dust was everywhere. They left the door to the basement open during demo and construction so dust was all over our main floor. Also, they mixed the concrete in our garage, so everything we move out of the basement to avoid dust is now covered in concrete dust. This is very difficult to remove since mixing with water will form more concrete. They asked what we need from them to fix this, but we do not see a good solution other than wiping down each individual item ourselves. It's a lot of work we spent a lot of time trying to avoid by following Alex's recommendations. There was a miscommunication and Reliable Basements did not put the new sump pump in, plus the check valves were put 2 inches from the lid of the sump pit leaving the pit inaccessible to us. After several attempts at communicating with them, they responded and replaced it and fixed the check valve placement in a timely manner. They missed a crack in the foundation, but were quick to come out and fill it for the same price they offered during the drain tile installation."

"Bob is an excellent contractor, He did lots of interior (bathrooms, kitchens, plumbing, electric, etc) and exterior work (porches, fences, decks, etc) at my two rental properties and mine own house as well. There is not a thing that Bob cannot fix. He responded to me always on time, job was always well done and the price was very reasonable. He has never disappointed me. As a landlord I have always knew that I can count on Bob anytime it does not matter how big was the job. Big five stars!!!"
