I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. I have never seen a group of people work in such a coordinated, efficient, and diligent manner. His separate teams for plumbing, electricity, carpentry, flooring, and cabinet and appliance installation were extremely punctual, professional, and dedicated, sometimes working well into the evening. "Tom and his team build shelves in our basement. They always showed up on time and did beautiful work that was impressive. he listened to our requirements and what we needed and build all the shelves exactly as we described. They were very neat and always cleaned up after themselves. The cost was excellent for the amount of work and time they spent installing the many shelves they build."

"Travis and Chris were a great team and did an amazing job bringing our guest bath out of the 80's and into a beautiful modern space. Travis worked with my husband and me on our design vision and helped us pick out materials to complete the renovation. From there, we made a deposit and scheduled a date. This was a complete bathroom overhaul that required all new fixtures. When they tore up the carpet (yes, carpet) in the bathroom they found that the floor was half the cement foundation and half wood subfloor, which made for an uneven surface not ideal for laying tile. Travis quickly came up with a solution that allowed us to level out the floor and put down the tile we wanted. This delayed the project slightly, but it was well worth it to have a beautiful finished product. Each evening Travis and Chris cleaned up the space as much as possible and were very respectful in our house. I would definitely hire Graham Restoration for our next project and look forward to working with them again!
