I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. "The tile in the bathroom looks great... so far. Jose also replaced a kitchen sink faucet and connections. Because he was also handling the plumbing connections in the bathroom, this seemed like something that should be in his wheelhouse. Well, 3 months later the kitchen sink had a serious leak and I had to have everything don again, and he charged $300 to unhook the faucet and reinstall in and two hoses. I could have done this myself, but was not nearby to do so. I thought he had done a good job, but since such a simple repair was a total failure, now I have to wonder what other surprises might pop up in the quality of his work, which cost about $7k in labor alone. Not feeling confident at this moment."
