"It went very well.  They explained, in great detail, what they suspect happened since the home is about 5 years old and built during the housing boom in Rogers.   They looked all around the house and made sure they looked at all the exterior walls, brick, and foundation.  They asked me if I had any visible cracks in the house.  They answered all my questions and asked me a lot of questions.  I really felt like I could trust what they were saying and they know what they are doing.  They didn't charge me for an evaluation even though they spent nearly an hour looking at everything and discussing what they were seeing.  I highly recommend them and will have them come back for 2nd opinion later in the year.  They even made suggestions about how to improve our drainage in front of the house.

Well it took a hammer drill and new concrete anchors to get it done right and more time but the final payment was the same as the original bid. They redid our shower. It was perfect, except a grout product did not perform as expected. Here’s the thing Justin noticed it before I did when he was here on a different project. Scheduling delays occurred with both roof and gutter crews due to a busy storm season. While understandable, the delays could have been communicated better and cleanup a little more thorough once the job was completed. I think a ‘B’ is a pretty fair rating, the work didn’t blow my mind but was satisfactory and should last for years to come."
