"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Ray was awesome!! Scheduled me in the day after I talked with him. After listening to the problem I was having with my Samsung oven, he knew, EXACTY, what was wrong and the part I needed. My oven was repaired and working in about 30 minutes of his arrival. The “other guys” told me I needed to replace some other parts and the cost would be around $400. Ray’s charge was less than half that amount Will use him for any and all appliance repairs in the future."

"Ronnie was very professional, efficient, and friendly. He showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what to expect. It was a very smooth and painless experience in spite of the current pandemic we are all experiencing. I'm so glad to have found Conroe Appliance Repair, I'll keep them at the top of my contact list should I ever need help again."

"Better in any other repair services I ever had. He was the first person I would call if there is a need of a repair."

"Immediate response by phone even though it was a Saturday evening; arrived within an hour which was prior to his estimated arrival; very professional. Cannot comment on repair quality, because ours ended up being a plumbing problem instead of an appliance problem. Mr. Nelson did help us evaluate the problem so we could move on with our repair."

"They were absolutely unbelievable I had another company come up 3x and they just came up and done for 30 minutes. They did a very good service, very professional and they know what they were during."

"THE SERVICE AND COMPASSION I GOT FROM LONESTAR APPLIANCE WAS BEYOND GREAT! THEY PROMPTLY GOT A TECHNICIAN OUT TO MY HOUSE, THAT WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KIND VERY QUICKLY. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS FABULOUS AND HELPFUL AT ALL TIMES THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY!!!"

"Plumbing never came and washer was never repaired. The replacement for washer is BS. The money they offer for replacing the washer is not enough to even buy an open box or a 75% sale."

"Ness appliance repair did not have parts for repair. They ordered parts but have not received the parts. Repairs were delayed and not done yet."
