"This unit was so dirty that we were prepared to replace the appliances.  Amazon felt certain they could save the day and that they did.  The appliances looked brand new when they were finished.  The bathroom was also a disgraceful mess.  Really the dirtiest situation I've ever encountered after many years of owning rental property.  Everything was perfectly cleaned by the Amazon team!  Amazon was Amazing and I will call them in the future for certain.

He took a lot of his time to explain the workings of the two thermostats, the A/C unit and what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and could have ripped me off like some businesses do. He did not. He welcomed us to the new community (we just moved) and he did not charge us for his patient tutoring. I would trust him and this company for future service. "By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."
