"I told them about the best sealant and they went and bought it and applied it. They applied exactly what I wanted to the four sides. I know this because I talked to the vice president the next week and he told me everything they did. They did come out on a day that I wasn't here and they used a clear sealant so it's hard to know if anything was actually done. So, that's why I called and and talked to the VP and he told me things you wouldn't know unless you were up there. I thought the price might have been a little high. They did everything they were supposed to. The one thing I wish they would have done is called and told me what day they were going to be here, I didn't know they had been here until I got the bill in the mail. I will probably be using them this spring."

"OMG hire these people - they are GREAT! First they are very responsive. They call back and give you all the information you need. After the technician came to our house to diagnose the duct problem the owner called me and we talked about what work needed to be done and he gave me a rough estimate. When that changed due to new problems (our house is older) they called again. Great! I love working with people who communicate with me and are honest. The workers that came to our house were incredibly professional and nice. They were also extremely courteous. They were very thoughtful when moving the dryer and laundry, asking if where they put the work was alright with us. They cleaned-up after themselves too.
