"Zack was incredible. He made my ceiling look night and day from what it was! My skylight leaked into my master bathroom. I had the skylight removed and tried to patch the hole myself. Ha didn't work. I contacted Zack to fix the ceiling. It looks like the skylight was never there. It's beautiful! Flushed with the rest of the room, flawlessly! I would use him on my next home and any future products. I would also recommend him to anybody in the community. He's polite, trustworthy, punctual and keeps you informed on the product. "AAC is not just a family business, it's the family! They contacted me right away after my search on Angi to set up an appointment. Joe (the son) came out the next day and knew exactly what was wrong with our "vintage" 6-burner Viking cooktop (4 of the burners would not ignite). He ordered the parts and came back with his father, Don (the co-owner with his brother), and they fixed it. Since we moved into the house 15 years ago, 2 of the burners never ignited and a previous repairman had no idea what was wrong. Joe is super knowledgeable about various kitchen appliances, having worked for several different companies over the years. He was nice, helpful and professional. "While any major home remodel can seem daunting, Mark's group of professionals made the master bathroom remodel process easy for me. Mark, a Navy veteran, is the owner, and took my call when I inquired about an estimate. Debbie is the interior consultant, and she took her time going over several options and price points. She was very easy to work with, didn't push any options over another, took my input into consideration, and was mindful of my goals and budget. Katie, at the front desk, was very courteous and professional. Matt and Julio were a great team, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and organized. They arrived on time and tidied up at the end of the day. We ran into some minor issues which were easily overcome, and they exceeded my expectations. As advertised, this was a five day job. The remodel turned out much better than what I had envisioned, and I'm extremely happy with my "new" bathroom. Their warranty gives me peace of mind, and I expect to enjoy the bathroom for many years to come!"
