He came the same day we called and fixed the problem of a blocked condensation overflow drain, added coolant to our 11 yr. old system and checked out the ducts in our attic. It must have been 120 degrees up there! When we do have to replace this unit, we will definitely call him to do the installation. "We hired DoneRite HVAC to replace our 17 year old HVAC system and we couldn't be happier. This is such a friendly family run business. Garrett from DoneRite promptly came out to check our unit, answered all of our questions, and the very next day we received the quote for the work to be done along with 4 possible HVAC systems in different price ranges to consider. Garrett was very concerned about our comfort while we waited for the new unit to be shipped. The old unit was leaking freon and the temperature in the house was staying around 87 degrees. He made an extra trip out to add some freon to keep us comfortable until the new system arrived, and called several times during this period to make sure we were okay. On installation day, Garrett and his crew did a very thorough job. It was obvious that they wanted to make certain that everything was working perfectly before they left. All of the employees that we interacted with were very nice, and concerned about us. They are an honest, meticulous, knowledgeable, professional business, and we felt that their prices were very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call them in the future when we need A/C or heating work done."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
