"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"I had Simply Gutters out recently to replace some older gutters and downspouts on my home. They also added a section of new gutters to an additional area as well. The two person team worked efficiently to complete the project in a reasonable amount of time. The final results looked great. I’m confident their quality product will perform well in the long term. I did opt for gutter covers as well, due to the presence of several large 60 year old maple trees on my property. The covers are a great upgrade, versus the cheap plastic inserts I’ve used in year’s past. Do be aware that Simply Gutters may well prioritize jobs they obtain working as a subcontractor for various roofing companies. As such, they may be somewhat less responsive to direct outreach. This was my experience. How such an arrangement will factor into your final cost is unknown. All said, however, still a very positive experience and well recommended to any interested homeowner looking for a gutter upgrade."

"I thought it went well. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"Our gutters have been in need of attention for some time, then after this last winter they started falling off the fascia! We started calling around for estimates, and found it difficult to get someone out to us. We did finally get a couple companies to give us estimates, and one stood out to us. DualGuard. Their professionalism and customer service were great. The work performed was very thorough. Any rotten fascia was replaced with new wood, and they did a fascia wrap that looked amazing. "We got a couple bids and Minnestoa Leafless Gutters were about half the price of the other guys.  Tim was so attentive to our concerns.  He took time to really understand where we wanted the downspouts and why.   He made suggestions that worked with the design of the house and got the water flowing properly.  We had some fairly difficult corners on the front of our home and some trickiness on the back too.  Tim's team handled each odd area like champions.  We've had a couple rains now and are very pleased with how they look and work.
