"Scott and Matt responded to my request immediately and came out to check our water heater. Scott offered all options and recommended the cheapest solution: flush our water heater. Then he showed me how to do it myself. He saved me money, and he taught me in the process. Wonderful men to work with. I will be recommending them to my friends, and will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs. Thanks!"

"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Eddie visited our house the very day we called about our water heater. He came out, inspected the very tough location where the water heater is located and delivered an estimate with 3 options on the spot. We decided which direction to go and let Eddie know at which time he promptly scheduled our installation. On the day of install he arrived when he said he would, put down every type of floor protection you can imagine and proceeded the very difficult task of manipulating a 50 gallon water heater out of a small closet 10 feet up in the air. He worked with his partner to remove the old one, replumbed and installed the new one, again in a very tight space. Eddie ran all new venting to the outside, added electronic monitoring, and crawled under the house several times to make certain the drains were all functioning properly. We could not ask for better service and the attention to detail was amazing. This is our second experience with Excalibur Plumbing and they have both been wonderful experiences. Great customer service!!!!"

"My 20-year old water heater started making noise and my wife complained that the water in the kitchen sink never got hot. I decided to replace the water heater, and I went to Home Advisors for a recommendation for someone to do the work. They recommended Mr. Torres. He quoted me a reasonable price, he came to may house as promised and his installation was very quick and very professional. He is also a very friendly person. I would certainly recommend Mr. Torres for any water heater installation. I was very impressed."

"Colin Badgett was the pro who arrived timely to give me an estimate on replacing my 13 year old water heater. He was friendly, eager to provide information and assurance that the job could be done easily and promptly. He provided three different levels of Rheem heaters from which to choose. He also provided information on available to ease the cost burden. This pro and his company are great! Thanks, Colin! They were not chosen only because another company offered a better discount and then, as it turned out, tried to renege on their offer. Next time, I’m going with Mr. Blodgett and his company."

"Very quick, professional and a reasonable price. Very happy with the job they did replacing my water heater."

"Team Enoch did excellent work and service in replacing my water heater. Very quick in responding and provided same day service. Juan did an excellent job and was very complete and thorough with the installation. Did a wonderful job insulating the pipes, reconfiguring the pipes and putting in a drain pipe for the pan. After completion, he explained about the water heater, temperature settings and the pilot and answered all my questions. Great work and service!! Highly recommended!!"
