"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"GREAT HELP. VERY INSTRUCTIVE IN TEACHING ME ABOUT FURNACE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE. ALWAYS RESPONSIVE TO EMERGENCIES."

"Prior to calling Choice I had looked high and low for the correct knobs that fit my oven. Believe it or not the technician actually had, in his car, the correct knobs. We were so thankful. He was prompt and very professional. Choice found him somehow and I was very grateful. Thanks Choice!!"

"Very professional and very prompt. Didn’t try to over sell me in my repair. Would definitely recommend."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"Our microwave wasn t working, and the repairman was very honest about the problems with it. He could have ordered a new part and charged for the labor, however recommended it would be wiser and cheaper to just buy a new one. I appreciate the punctuality of his arrival as well as integrity"
