"Jason came in, diagnosed the refrigerator problem and made the repair in a straightforward manner. Couldn't ask for more! I was very satisfied"

"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"I highly recommend this company. Dan was on time, knowledgeable, and the issue with my oven was fixed very quickly. The prices were also very honest and very reasonable. I am satisfied with their service."

"York Appliance exceeded all my expectations and completed the repairs on my microwave for a third of the cost I was quoted by Sears for their service calls. Stan and his assistant were very professional and fit me in for a same day appointment. I would like to provide them with the highest possible recommendation and would not hesitate for a minute to hire them again. Outstanding work ethic and professionalism that is rare to find these days!"

"He was on time and able to come out very quick. Initial fee to come out and then charges service and parts but the price is very reasonable. I feel like I could call him again if I ever had another appliance issue and have total confidence that he will be fair and honest. Highly recommend!"

"Very satisfied with the service, timeliness, professionalism, courtesy, neatness of this firm. Paulo was the technician who came. Paul was the person who fielded our call to repair our dishwasher. Both were a pleasure to deal with. We really appreciated how they worked with our schedule as we were under tight time pressure (leaving the house with a working dishwasher for arriving house guests). Their magnet is prominently displayed on our refrigerator so we can call them for needed appliance repairs in the future."

"He showed up on time, actually called to see if he could arrive early.  It took him about an hour from start to finish and he accepted the angie's list coupon cheerfully.  He cleaned up after himself and was quiet and professional.  I would definitely use him again for other appliance repairs or installations.

"Plumbing never came and washer was never repaired. The replacement for washer is BS. The money they offer for replacing the washer is not enough to even buy an open box or a 75% sale."
