Some of our clients choose to use our unique construction management services business model to build their project that is distinctive from the typical fixed-price general contractor (GC) approach to construction. For those clients we provide fee-based construction management consulting services to schedule, manage (on-site), and review all the work that our clients choose to have us handle for the project.
