"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"We just finished remodeling our two master baths. One was a complete remodel down to the studs, reconfiguring, and rebuilding. The other was more modest where the original footprint remained intact. We were not sure exactly what we wanted, and we worked with KBR Designer Silviya to design a bathroom that we now love. She was more than patient as she guided us through the seemingly endless options including basic design and selection of materials. She was extremely knowledgeable and had great ideas that we incorporated into our projects. Once we settled on what wanted, Project Manager Huseyin and his crew took over the construction. Like Silviya, the crew was exceptionally talented and completed the project with a minimum of disturbance. Everyone at KBR was very professional, easy to work with, and flexible. Remodeling can be extraordinarily stressful and disruptive, but KBR easily overcame the obstacles and produced wonderful results. We would highly recommend them."

"I can’t say enough about my satisfaction level (easily surpassed) by the services of Thomas Martin’s remodeling. My two-decades-old master bathroom sorely needed an up-do. Tom demonstrated the utmost reliability and professionalism right at the initial assessment/estimate and throughout the entire design/project completion. Tom re-designed my shower/tub combo with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower; replaced tile flooring as well as replacing vanity tops and installing additional lighting. I found Tom to be uniquely ‘on-top’ of the design, material ordering, scheduling and with excellent craftsmanship to produce an exquisite master bathroom. Tom made this major overhaul an easy and hugely rewarding home-upgrade."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Orlando and his crew are wonderful. They do extremely professional work, they also take care to protect floors and surfaces and do a great job cleaning up. They are respectful and kind which is very hard to come by. Very responsive to changes and really want to make the customer happy. I will definitely hire again!"

"Noureen Chohan was hired to design and oversee the expansion of our office in 2012. She designed the project, oversaw the contractor, worked cooperatively with the architecture firm, participated in weekly construction meetings and supervised the installation of all materials and furniture. I worked with her quite extensively, interacting on design details, coordination of room layouts and user needs. Ms. Chohan was thorough, efficient and easy to work with. She was always accessible to address any issues and concerns. She was always professional and courteous with us, the contractor and the entire buildout team. She is extremely detail oriented and oversaw our project down to the smallest detail. Ms. Chohan provided strong technical skills and design sense to our project, and we were very pleased with the results. She created an attractive initial design that built on the strengths of the original design, and worked with us to finalize it based on our specific needs. The expansion from about 3000 square feet to about 5000 square feet makes the overall suite very long and narrow with a relatively small exposure to the front of the building. Our goals were to maintain a bright and transparent space with excellent flow and functionality, creating a productive work environment and a pleasant space for visitors, and to do this at low cost and with minimal demolition. This has been very successfully accomplished. We also wanted more employee amenity space, and Ms. Chohan addressed this by creating a large interior lounge area that serves as a quiet space or meditation room, as well as a large new pantry area. We are also very pleased with Ms. Chohan’s selection of flooring materials, wall coverings, furnishings, fabrics, light fixtures, etc."
