After attempting to switch out the latches on the sliding door lock myself and causing slight damage, I had to call him back for additional repairs, which came at an extra cost. Unfortunately, the situation only got worse from there—he rescheduled our agreed date, canceled on the second, and then offered to send someone out at 7:30pm, well past a reasonable time. While the work was okay, if you value punctuality and reliability, I would suggest looking elsewhere."
