When we hit some snags with our HOA, Tyler helped us think through our options and pitch some creative solutions, which ultimately worked. The build itself is very high quality, especially given that our lawn has some slope to it. Finally, their warranty and customer guarantee is very solid and helps to alleviate the worry involved with significant purchases like these. We highly recommend this team!"

I selected one of them, responded, and after 28 more days and no reply, had to call again to follow up. She recalled the conversation, and stated she'd provide a contract. I followed up the next day with an e-mail stating same. After another eight days and hearing nothing, I decided to move forward with another company. If the job was too small, or the company too busy, I would've preferred they just tell me."
