"I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience."

Damon and his assistant were highly competent and professional, and did excellent work. We might have negotiated a better price and pursued competing offers, but given the "emergency" nature of the problem we went with JSP. I would certainly recommend them to others, with the caution that getting additional quotes might be wise."
