With no immediate emergency, we agreed for him to come the next morning. He was here at 8AM, surveyed my broken water heater and within 3 hours we had a new, gas, vented, water heater installed and running. Fast, efficient, good value - I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family and will call him again in a heartbeat for any future HVAC issues we have."

There was almost a $300 estimate before starting the job estimate was never supplied blamed, getting a permit, which other plumber was able to get in less than a day never heard back until I complained still have not received an estimate play they did not wanna do the job and just took the money."
