"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"They promised to get done as quickly as possible since I had to move out of the house because I could not use the downstairs bathroom. They said it would take 3 days plus an extra day for the grout to harden and they finished. right on time. The bathroom looks wonderful. And I have to mention that they did a great job cleaning up afterward. Additionally, they came back a week later to install a new sink faucet, at which time they also installed grab bars in the shower and the new blinds in the bathroom window, all at no additional labor cost. We've been customers since they remodeled our kitchen in 2004 and will continue to do so. I don't want the cheapest work. I want the best. Thank you Gary."

"It went superbly. The team (a husband and wife) were wonderful, easily the finest and most responsible contractors we have ever used. Everyone from owner on down were easy to work with and professional. We were out of town for a portion of the project and had no problem at all with allowing the folks access to our house while we were gone. Their work was excellent and one of the most impressive things is the time they spent cleaning up the work site at the end of every day. The dormer was a complicated project, requiring coordination of framers, roofers, painters, electricians, drywall installers, hardwood installers, and probably others I forgot to mention. Dave’s people did great work, always polite and on time. Most importantly, Dave himself was proactive, always in close contact and quickly responsive. He never tried to upsell us, or sell additional work — I had to ask him to look at our deteriorated front steps after work started on the dormer, and was happy that he could fit that project in for us, too.
