"Setting the appointment went smoothly. The Person said they'd call if an earlier slot came open and one did. I was called in the morning and offered to get the Tech, Nick< over once he was finished with an emergency in my neighborhood. Nick called and said he'd be here in about 30 minutes. Very punctual. Work performed and also asked Nick to check the sump pump. He was able to find the retainer clip and re-attached the float. Then he checked the shower pressure at the showered. "I am happy to say that everything was great. Mr. Gary Howard was very professional and polite and lived up to everything that he said that he would do. The workers arrived on time and fixed the gable by adding tyvek and re-siding it along with finishing up the trim. It looks 10 times better and I wish I was in position to get the whole house done all at once. There was no pressure to do more than what I asked for and they worked with me according to my wishes. I am very satisfied and would have them back again to do more work that is needed."
