I asked for a firm bid, and he took the time and effort to come up with detailed drawings and a detailed estimate even though he knew I was unlikely to take the bid.I found him to be very professional, non-pressured, and I was impressed by his honesty in not pushing me to do something that was likely unnecessary. "He arrived on time, and was very professional.  The vaulted bathroom ceiling is a difficult area to paint because of all the typical BR fixtures, as well as some very delicate and expensive tile on the floor, counter top, and shower stall. Nothing was damaged or needed to be cleaned up by either Omni or ourselves.
