"Responded immediately. Was able to show up the next day. The person that was here was older and had a lot of experience. He analyzed what was happening, ruled out the water heater, and will be back in a few days to replace some valves under 2 bathroom sinks. Dodged the water heater bullet!"

Jeff was very professional and easy to work with. He tried very hard to unclog our drain but determined it was all the way under our basement floor. He said he would have to come back the next day to jack-hammer the floor and replace the piping.

Fortunately, I thought about getting a second opinion, especially since Jeff did not use a scope or locator. The other company came and was going to try snaking through a roof vent. They had me fill up my sink to create water pressure and that pressure ended up clearing the clog.

It was a good experience except for the fact that we almost paid $1,200 and the hassle of having our basement floor torn up. I don't know if it was a fluke or what.
