"Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. They replaced three or valves all of the water heater lines and gas line. New drip pan and drain set up with a leak alarm."

Jeff was very professional and easy to work with. He tried very hard to unclog our drain but determined it was all the way under our basement floor. He said he would have to come back the next day to jack-hammer the floor and replace the piping.

Fortunately, I thought about getting a second opinion, especially since Jeff did not use a scope or locator. The other company came and was going to try snaking through a roof vent. They had me fill up my sink to create water pressure and that pressure ended up clearing the clog.

It was a good experience except for the fact that we almost paid $1,200 and the hassle of having our basement floor torn up. I don't know if it was a fluke or what.
