"Shane was very cordial and knowledgeable. He was able to identify what the problem was with my well. The submersible pump and vibrated loose from the pipe and fallen down into the well. We were lucky in the fact that a rope was moored to the runaway pump. We removed 120 feet of pipe and extracted the pump. Luckily for me the pump was still in a usable state. He replaced the fitting and resecured the pump to the pvc pipe. The pump was lowered down into the well along with the 120 feet of pvc pipe. After a few adjustments we had running water. He did a great job and carefully kept me apprised of each step in the process. If you want good quality help then he's the man to do it."

"Nick Ogline was awesome!! Very professional, did a great job installing my water heater and arrived on the early side of the time window. I thought it was a little pricey but I feel confident the job was done right and would definitely use Ben Franklin plumbing again."

"I asked for a ballpark range of cost that could be expected if a person wanted to install a tankless water heater. They said they have no information. I contacted Pronto and they asked me to send them two pictures and they had the job quoted exactly. This is a market space differentiator. Ben Franklin wanted to charge me 29.95 for a quote on Monday. The other company did it over the phone in 15 min for free on Saturday. We have videos and cameras on our phones. Use technology to improve processing where possible. I didn't use them so I cannot speak to anything else."

"I hired Kinetico to install a full house reverse osmosis system. I bought a house in Lehigh Acres that a master plumber said "this is the worst smelling sulphur water I have seen in over ten years" about. After installation the rotten egg/sulphur smell has been completely removed. Everyone from the installer, to Rick the salesmen and Marcus the customer experience manager has been fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their water quality."
